Design and R&D
Our prestigious architectural hardware is brought to you by a dynamic team of research scientists, product design specialists, and design engineers.
They expertly address the contemporary design and other related requirements of an interior and offer premium solutions built to enhance its beauty and security for the long term.
We use advanced design software such as ProE and Solid Works for 3D designing and their subsequent practical analysis. For building prototypes, we use a CNC Prototype Making Machine and carry out tool design on a Vertical Machining Centre (VMC).
We maintain in-house labs for testing spring cycle, salt spray, acetone rub, pencil, hardness, etc. Our strong processing capacity assists us in conveniently meeting the OEM requirements of our clients, be it technical or aesthetic.
Manufacturing Process
We have two manufacturing centres situated in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. They house semi-automated production centres for manufacturing premium architectural hardware using high quality raw materials and advanced industry practices. At present, our manufacturing capacity is approximately 100 Tons (US) per month.
We ensure comprehensive QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) at multiple stages of production namely, Hot Forging, Zinc and Gravity Die Casting, Machining, Polishing, Plating, Anodising, Lacquering, Epoxy Coating and Packaging.
We use a combination of specialised tools and techniques namely SPC, limit samples, QC Alerts, periodic inspections, FMEA, PPAP, and finally a Pre Dispatch Inspection (PDI) right before shipping the goods.

Our Production Cycle
Made in superior brass, Alloytek’s products are manufactured through a precisely outlined, meticulously controlled process involving hot forging, shearing, mechanical processing, lining, electroplating, lacquering, and laser branding. Each stage is thoroughly managed to ensure consistent, predictable quality.
- Product shapes are obtained using gravity casting, hot forging, and mechanical processing with dwarf removal. The end product is free of porosity & inclusions and offers outstanding mechanical resistance.
- Electroplating involves the application of metallic coats like nickel and chrome for corrosion-free, abrasion-resistant products. It ensures that Alloytek’s products offer corrosion protection for 1000+ hours in the salt spray test and also quality in the 4H hardness test.
- The technical components, built using brass sheets and steel sheets, are forged and assembled in the same factory.
